Parish Council minutes And Agendas
The agenda will be published here 5 days before a meeting.
The minutes from each meeting must be published in draft form no later than one month after the meeting has been held.
They are then approved at the next Parish Council meeting and kept as part of the formal records of the Parish Council.
If you would like to raise an item for discussion at the Parish Council, you should contact the Parish Clerk (via email or telephone here) well in advance of the next meeting. Depending upon the amount of business scheduled for a Parish Council meeting, your item may be deferred to a later Parish Council meeting so that it may be discussed in detail.
Agenda, Meeting Papers and Minutes for the years 2019 to 2013 are stored in an archive or compressed folder. You can expand these using Microsoft Windows 8 or later, Mac Finder or all Linux operating systems.
